Service Maintenance Agreements
For consistent (and
considerable) peace of mind, ComputerLand can provide your organization with an Annual
Service Maintenance Agreement, tailor-made to satisfy your needs.
Custom packages offer a
variety of "on-site" response times that include parts and labor as well as
loaner equipment options. If anything goes wrong, we'll give it our full and immediate
attention, fixing it as soon as possible.

Maintenance Agreements vary, depending on the type, age, and amount of equipment to be

Preventative Maintenance
If you don't think that an
Annual Service Maintenance Agreement is right for you at this time, regular Preventative
Maintenance is a good idea for all computer equipment.
Under regular use, computers,
printers, monitors and other computer peripherals should have Preventative Maintenance
performed at least once a year. In addition to cleaning and (where necessary), lubricating
the machines, we include services often overlooked such as checking the configuration
files to be sure nothing is waiting to cause problems, interviewing the user, and checking
the operating environment for potential problems.

depending on your situation and needs, so call us to discuss how we can best serve you.
The larger your corporation
